Founded in 1968, the Claude Bernard Hospital-Clinic is recognised as one of the major health facilities in the region. Part of the ELSAN group since 2017, the clinic employs 120 practitioners and a team of 680 staff. The clinic offers 310 beds and places, 12 operating theatres, five delivery rooms, an A&E department open seven days a week, an emergency SOS hand department and a maternity unit. Over 52,000 patients were treated in 2020. Its collaboration with diagnostic and support services enables the Claude Bernard Hospital-Clinic to propose a range of complementary specialities on a single site.
