Hospitality and personalised services
Hospitality
All our rooms are equipped with a television and, depending on the room package selected, a telephone. Subject to availability, a single room may be allocated if requested during pre-admission.
Catering
Our clinics offer a catering service for patients and their families. Meals are prepared by a dietician in consultation with the caterer. Specific diets are taken into account, or prescribed depending on the patient’s condition.
Hospitalisation
Our medical and nursing teams are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In order to best prepare your stay in one of our private health clinics, feel free to consult the prices of the services offered by the clinic of your choice.
Outpatients
Depending on the surgical and anaesthetic procedures required, and on the patient’s circumstances (how far away they live, etc.), care is provided in our outpatient department. Outpatient care is the best way to regain the comfort of your home and to effortlessly pick up where you left off.

Votre transport
Qui choisit ?
La prise en charge des frais de transport par l’établissement ou la caisse d’assurance maladie nécessite la délivrance d’une prescription médicale rédigée avant le transport.
En cas de prise en charge de votre transport, votre médecin prescrit le mode de transport le plus adapté à votre état de santé.
Comment ça se passe ?
Si une ambulance, un véhicule sanitaire léger ou un taxi conventionné vous est prescrit, le service où vous êtes hospitalisé se chargera de la commande.
Vous ne devez donc pas contacter de transporteur directement, mais, dans le cas d’un retour à domicile, vous pouvez indiquer au service le transporteur de votre choix.
Vous pouvez être amené à partager votre transport avec d'autres usagers. C'est plus économique et plus écologique !
Pensez aussi à faire appel à vos proches pour vous rendre à vos rendez-vous médicaux ou lors de votre sortie.
