We have structured our CSR commitments around a clear and mobilising program entitled “Responsables & Engagés.”
It sets a common direction for our teams and reflects our ambition to report, with rigor and transparency, our actions. Driven by our purpose - lived every day by our 28,000 employees and 7,500 doctors practicing in our facilities - this CSR program embodies ELSAN’s ambition: to remain, over time, a key player serving the health of people in France.

Our purpose, “Act responsibly and innovatively to provide healthcare everywhere”, is the result of a consultation with all our internal and external stakeholders.
The Responsables & Engagés program
A Corporate Social Responsibility approach
ELSAN has launched a corporate social responsibility approach with the ambition of addressing sustainable development challenges and making it a driver of engagement and transformation within the company.
This approach was updated in 2025 to mark a new milestone and accelerate the implementation of actions.
The “Responsables & Engagés” program, our new CSR policy, is structured around 4 pillars and 24 commitments that set the course for the 2026–2030 period.

An ethical and consistent approach
We expect all our employees and stakeholders to adopt consistent and ethical behaviour and to comply with applicable regulations. We have formalized a charter that sets out our ethical principles, forming the foundation of all policies and regulations applicable within our Group.
