With a presence in 60 departments, ELSAN is a key player in the regions. Our ambition is to promote access to care, contribute to the sustainability of the healthcare system and participate in local socio-economic development. 

  • 29 emergency services and 21 unscheduled care services
  • 60% of facilities and centers in towns with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants

Guaranteeing the quality and safety of care is ELSAN's top priority, and one to which all our teams are fully committed. This concern goes hand in hand with the desire to pursue our efforts in terms of personalized care and responding to new healthcare challenges, particularly in terms of prevention.

  • Nearly 95% of our facilities are certified as high or confirmed quality care facilities
  • 79.8 e-Satis MCOCA score and 76.4 in MCO48h on average for the group

Managing environmental impact is an important pillar of the Group's CSR approach. This is particularly true in terms of contributing to the fight against climate change, improving waste management and eco-design of care products.
